Términos de uso

Vigentes desde el 21 de octubre de 2026.

Si descargaste Gullsong del App Store, tu uso del juego se rige por el Contrato de licencia estándar de aplicaciones con licencia de Apple (EULA). Si lo descargaste de Google Play, por las Condiciones de Servicio de Google Play. Estos términos los complementan.

Gullsong se descarga gratis, sin anuncios ni suscripciones. La prueba es el primer mar entero, hasta vencer al capitán Rizo.
El juego completo es una compra única dentro de la app: la Niebla, las Tormentas y la noche de luna llena contra Ferro, para siempre.
La compra queda ligada a tu cuenta de Apple o de Google. Si cambias de dispositivo o reinstalas el juego, usa Restaurar compras en Ajustes.
Los cobros y los reembolsos los gestiona la tienda donde compraste, según sus propias reglas.

Se guarda en tu dispositivo. Si borras el juego, se pierde, y no podemos recuperarlo.

If you downloaded Gullsong from the App Store, your use of the game is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If you downloaded it from Google Play, by the Google Play Terms of Service. These terms add to them.

Gullsong is free to download, with no ads and no subscriptions. The trial is the whole first sea, up to beating Captain Curl.
The full game is a one-time in-app purchase: the Fog, the Storms and the full-moon night against Ferro, for good.
The purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account. If you change devices or reinstall the game, use Restore purchases in Settings.
Charges and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules.

It is stored on your device. If you delete the game it is lost, and we can't recover it.
