Effective October 23, 2026.

If you downloaded Madoakari from the App Store, your use of the game is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If you downloaded it from Google Play, by the Google Play Terms of Service. These terms add to them.

Madoakari is free to download, with no ads and no subscriptions. The first week is free: your arrival in the valley and its first three lights, up to the night Kiyoshi's water mill turns.
The whole game is a one-time in-app purchase: the valley's three years and its ending, for good.
The purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account. If you change devices or reinstall the game, tap The whole game on the title screen or in the furoshiki, then I already bought it.
Charges and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules.

It is stored on your device. If you delete the game it is lost, and we can't recover it.
